Program
Dunnrite Sewer & Drain Cleaning (DUNN RITE LLC) sends text messages to customers about their own service requests: appointment confirmations, arrival and on-the-way updates, schedule changes, and job follow-ups. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the optional text-message box on our contact form, or by asking a Dunnrite team member to text you when you call 810-990-8653. Consent is not a condition of service. You can request service without agreeing to texts.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your service request, typically a few messages per job. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or call 810-990-8653.
Privacy
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
